Arrive at Nairobi and transfer to your accommodation at the Tamarind Tree Hotel. Settle in and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive through agricultural country to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, exploring the open grasslands teeming with wildlife such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffalo, zebras, and giraffes. Continue to the Zebra Plains Mara Camp for an overnight stay.

Spend the day on game drives in the Masai Mara. Start early to maximize your wildlife sightings and enjoy a picnic lunch on the banks of the Mara River, watching hippos. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, transfer to the Sirare/Isebania border post to meet your Tanzanian guide and vehicle. Continue to Speke Bay Lodge on Lake Victoria for an overnight stay. Enjoy the serene beauty of the lake and its surroundings.

Start your day with a traditional canoe experience on Lake Victoria before heading to the Serengeti. Enter the western corridor and enjoy game drives through the rolling grasslands and along the Grumeti River. Continue to Nasikia Mobile Migration Camp or Naona Moru Camp for an overnight stay, ideally situated for witnessing the wildebeest migration.

Begin with an early morning game drive, returning for lunch and some rest. In the afternoon, set off to see the nocturnal animals beginning their night’s work. This location is also ideal for a breathtaking Serengeti Balloon Safari.

Game drive out of the Serengeti, passing through Olduvai Gorge to visit the archaeological sites and museum. Continue to the Ngorongoro Crater rim for an overnight stay at Lion’s Paw Camp.

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a natural amphitheater teeming with African big game. Enjoy spectacular scenery and game viewing in this unique environment. In the late afternoon, ascend to the Rift Valley escarpment for an overnight stay in chalet rooms at the Mandhari Lodge.

Enjoy a leisurely walking safari through the farms and villages of Mto wa Mbu. Discover traditional farming techniques, visit local homes, and enjoy a traditional lunch prepared by the local women’s co-op.  Return to your lodge for the evening.

Game drive around Lake Manyara National Park, known for its birdlife, tree-climbing lions, and large elephant population. In the mid-afternoon, transfer to a Maasai village located in the wildlife corridor between Tarangire and Lake Manyara. Enjoy a packed lunch and explore the village, supporting local education efforts. Return to Arusha Planet Lodge for an overnight stay, perfect for reflecting on the day’s cultural experiences.
